We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Awareness Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative brand awareness campaigns to drive user acquisition and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand awareness strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand industry trends.
  • Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, social media content, press releases) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Growth hacking and community building on platforms like Reddit, Telegram, Discord and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media channels and develop engaging content calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Create and scale community.
  • Identify and implement influencer marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience.
  • Develop and manage public relations efforts to secure media coverage and brand mentions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in crypto marketing.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing within the crypto industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling user bases for crypto projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation, social media marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Passion for the crypto industry and a strong understanding of its current landscape.


Bonus points:

  • Experience with community management within the crypto space.
  • Proven success in scaling to 100,000+ user base.
  • Familiarity with relevant crypto marketing tools and technologies.
