And everything must feel intentional, elevated, and emotionally resonant.The Role:We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can:Translate brand tone into visual identity, campaigns, ads, reels, editorials, and presentationsCreate aesthetic content quickly and autonomouslyWork directly with the founder for concepts + directionUnderstand cultural nuance, luxury cues, contemporary design language, and storytellingSwitch between the warm, contemplative world of a handmade luxury skincare brand and the vibrant, premium, culinary lifestyle world of GPWorldYou Will Work On:Static creative (ads, social posts, landing pages, decks)Basic motion + short-form video/reel editingBrand storytelling and content ideationVisual strategy + creative direction inputRequirements:Strong mastery of composition, typography, palette, and visual culturePortfolio that shows taste, restraint, and intentionExperience with social-first design (Instagram-heavy)Comfortable working directly with founder (no layers)Fast turnaround mindsetHigh EQ + curiosity about culture, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle trendsNice to Have (But Not Required):Basic motion graphics / After EffectsPhotography or shoot direction sensibilityWork Style & Compensation:Remote-first, available during Indian business hoursYou may have side clients, but our work must come firstWe are willing to pay for priority + speedCompensation: ₹65,000 – ₹85,000+ per month depending on portfolio strength and speedTo Apple:Fill out the application form at - https://form.typeform.com/to/N19OyHv8
