It's ideal for:🎓 Students & recent graduates Looking to break into digital marketing, growth, or community-building💻 Freelancers, creators, or outreach specialists with strong communication skills and experience in online engagement Experienced professionals from sales, affiliate marketing, or community management seeking high-upside remote work🧠 Self-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-driven roles and want flexible, uncapped earning potentialResponsibilitiesFind and reach out to the appropriate community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)Describe how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitorsHelp onboard interested admins to the platformEnsure they use it actively for at least 7 daysReport leads and usage via a shared tracker💸 What You’ll Earn₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributorsPotential to join Earnpaste in a long-term role or leadership position⚠️ Note: This is a commission-only role — there is no fixed monthly salary.👤 Who We’re Looking ForStrong communication and messaging skillsFamiliar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platformsFluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory)Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focusedPrevious experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus — but not requiredHow to ApplyApply directly on LinkedIn or message me.If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a short 15-minute interview call — this helps us brief you properly and ensure you understand the role, expectations, and workflow.After the call, selected candidates will receive:• A detailed brief• Sample outreach script• Next steps and onboarding instructionsWe aim to respond within 24–48 hours.No ceiling.
