Business Intern

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Intern to join our team at Troopod. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process, working closely with the team to proficiently manage and update the sales activities and goals.


Details Regarding the Profile

Location: HSR Bengaluru [In-Office]

Qualification: Previous experience in sales

Timings: 35-40 hrs per week [6D]

Stipend: 10 - 25k per month


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, aligned with the company's brand voice and target audience.
  2. Proficiently manage and update company databases to ensure accurate and current information
  3. Execute strategic cold messaging and calling campaigns to generate leads and initiate client engagement.
  4. Ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to the first formal conversation, providing necessary information to both parties.
  5. Prepare and send comprehensive sales proposals, emails, and promotional materials to prospective clients.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Core Requirements

  1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successful cold outreach and lead generation.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey product/service benefits.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
  4. Ability to navigate sales conversations confidently and professionally. Effective communication in both Hindi and English is essential.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
