Role: Manager of Transaction Advisory

Location: New Delhi

Profile: Finance and Corporate Advisory Services/ Consulting


Our client operates across six continents including regions in Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia. They a global leader in Financial and Corporate Advisory Services, recognized for delivering pioneering and marquee transactions across various sectors. They partner with public and private sector clients, financial institutions, co-advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver results and growth. Their experience spans across multiple sectors including Power (Conventional & Renewables), Water, Waste & Waste-Water, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Social Infrastructure (Education & Healthcare), Green Hydrogen, and Development Advisory.


Transaction Delivery and Project Management:

  • Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground project development.
  • Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.
  • Analyze high-end, complex financial models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Support in the design and development of best solutions for clients.
  • Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.


Client Interaction:

  • Engage with client teams to understand their requirements.
  • Respond to client’s changing needs and priorities.
  • Support in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs.


Business Development:

  • Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors.
  • Support in responding to proposal requests by potential clients.


Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience with international banks, developers/investors/funds or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions


Skills


  • Experience and/or interest in infrastructure/project finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on Financial Models
  • Basic understanding of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams
  • Attention to detail
