Role Overview:

As a Strategy Manager in the Founder's Office, you will be a crucial part of the leadership team, driving business planning, system development, and capital procurement. You will implement strategic processes to meet KPIs, manage financial planning, secure funding, and prepare for future initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in analysis, creativity, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the founders, focusing on business planning, process development, SOP implementation and fundraising strategies.
  2. Develop and implement SOPs for operational efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals.
  3. Identify and implement processes, tools, and resources to drive projects with well-defined KPIs and metrics.
  4. Build and monitor annual operating plans and long-term financial planning models.
  5. Lead fundraising efforts, securing capital for the company’s current needs, while proactively preparing for future rounds.
  6. Oversee financial reporting, track operational metrics, and ensure accurate business analysis.
  7. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and potential solutions.
  8. Develop strategies to drive company growth, aligning with the founders' vision.


Requirements:

  1. Experience: 4 to 10 years working in a CEO’s office, management consulting, or similar high-level strategic roles.
  2. MBA (Finance/Strategy) from a top-tier institute or CFA preferred.
  3. Ownership mentality: proactive in addressing new challenges and opportunities.
  4. Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Collaborative, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  6. Results-driven, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.
  9. Knowledge of the startup ecosystem is preferred.
