As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based applications and systems. You will leverage machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems and enhance system capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of AI principles.


Responsibilities:


Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to address specific business requirements.

Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation.

Implement supervised and unsupervised learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.

Train, optimize, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Deploy machine learning models into production environments and integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.

Optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and performance using techniques like parallel computing and distributed learning.

Ensure ethical considerations in AI development, including fairness, transparency, and privacy.

Document code, methodologies, and experiment results; prepare reports and presentations to communicate AI solutions effectively.


Skills and Qualifications:


Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning techniques.

Experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical principles.

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI model deployment.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies and best practices.


Education and Experience:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.

Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or related disciplines (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) are a plus.
