Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role is to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Your responsibilities will include managing various digital channels, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. This includes planning and executing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  2. Content creation and management: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  3. Social media management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop and implement social media campaigns, create compelling content, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
  4. Performance tracking and analysis: Use various analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  6. Email marketing: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics.
  7. Website management: Collaborate with web developers/designers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Regularly update website content, monitor website performance, and implement SEO best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through research, training, and networking.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Bsc -IT /MBA - Marketing / Digital marketing certification
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
