Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Manager role at Design Elementary, located in Bengaluru. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OSP management, Team handling & achieve sales targets. You will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Day to Day reports.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales skills
- OSP (Outsource partner/BPO Management) must.
- Strong customer satisfaction and account management abilities
- Experience in outbound sale calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Team management & strategy
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
