Job Summary –

Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Years of experience needed – 9+ years

Technical Skills:

  • Manage relationships with software development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of software products and services.
  • Expertise with various Agile Methodologies –Scrum, Scrum with XP, Kanban, Scrum ban, etc.
  • Expertise with various Agile Tools – Jira, Confluence, etc. and ensuring adoption in a consistent manner.
  • Responsible for the team to follow Agile processes, establish, and remove team impediments or escalate as per defined SLAs
  • Good to have exposure to end to end (CRM to ERP) flows of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote to Cash flows, CPQ, ERP integrations, subscriptions/contracts and recurring revenue/revenue recognition flows, Analytics and BI tools, data warehousing & UI Path
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs using a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Coach and mentor team members on software development best practices, agile methodologies and principles.
  • Create clear and transparent communications to all levels of the program – SMEs, Stakeholders and Sponsors
  • Articulate the overall project risk and risk mitigation plan and make it transparent to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Good to have a functional understanding of the project and the business value being delivered
  • Keeps scrum artifacts updated and visible
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Should have very strong knowledge and experience in all scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, story grooming, running daily stand-up calls, computing sprint velocity and spring demos including retrospectives.
  • Should have very good presentation skills and should be able to consolidate data to make insights out of the same for projecting right message to teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Certifications Needed:

  • PMP
