About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and resourceful Content Creation Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of creating high-performing video content. This is not a conventional role; it requires a creative thinker with a strong ability to execute.

From spotting trends (both Indian and international) to managing shoots, rehashing content, and analyzing performance, you will own the content lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values execution, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Trend Adaptation & Video Creation:

Stay on top of the latest content and ad trends, both Indian and international, and adapt them

creatively for the brand.

Develop and execute video content strategies that align with brand objectives.

Coordinate and manage shoots—either by sourcing external partners or shooting content

yourself (basic phone shoot).


2. Content Rehashing & Repurposing:

Leverage existing content to create fresh, engaging materials tailored for different campaigns

and platforms.

Identify opportunities to maximize the value of current content assets.


3. Shoot Planning & Coordination:

Plan and organize shoots by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, including

production houses, agencies, and celebrity managers.

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for shoots and productions.


4. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze live content performance to determine what worked and what didn’t.

Scale successful strategies and identify lessons from underperforming content.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with design teams, editors, writers, and other departments to ensure seamless

execution of campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, video production, or content marketing (with focus on video content).
  • Strong understanding of current trends in video content, especially on social media and digital platforms.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage shoots independently.
  • Project management skills, including budget management and vendor coordination.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A “get-it-done” attitude, with a knack for problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Familiarity with video editing processes and tools is a plus.
