As an Manager - Creator Support and Engagement for our creator community, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a stellar experience for our creator community. Your responsibilities will span across building creator trust, improving satisfaction, and driving engagement initiatives. You will be the voice of the creators within Pepper Content, helping resolve their concerns and creating a positive ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator NPS Improvement: Analyze and improve Creator Net Promoter Score (NPS) by addressing pain points, gathering actionable feedback, and driving satisfaction metrics. This would envolve developing programs to consistently enhance the creator experience on the platform.
- Ratings and Reviews Management: Monitor and improve Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and Google review ratings by addressing creator concerns and enhancing their experience. Gather and implement feedback to improve the perception of Pepper Content among the creator community.
- Creator Branding & Testimonials: Build and maintain Pepper Content’s branding among creators by highlighting success stories and showcasing testimonials. Collaborate with the marketing team to feature creator achievements on social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Creator Engagement Activities: Plan and execute engaging activities such as webinars, workshops, and community events to foster collaboration and loyalty among creators. Act as a point of contact for creators during these events and ensure a smooth experience.
- Support Ticket Resolution: Handle and resolve creator support tickets, ensuring timely and efficient problem-solving for issues like project queries, account assistance, and general concerns.
- Payment Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving creator payment-related issues by coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely disbursements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in creator management, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and feedback.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with creator ecosystems, freelance platforms, or content marketing is a plus.
- Strong in Excel- can analyse complex datasets
