Program Manager - Experience : 8+yrs (Delhi/NCR/Bangalore/Mumbai)


Responsibility Areas:

  1. Ensuring CSAT, conducting periodic governance meeting with customers and ensuring closure of actionable.
  2. Should have experience in managing Cyber Security projects and Application Security experience is highly preferred.
  3. Manage client escalations and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
  4. Ensuring Growth of the accounts being managed – upsell & cross-sell.
  5. Involve in practice & service capability building initiative.
  6. Ensure revenue leakage prevention and identify areas of cost optimization & management.
  7. Capacity planning & resource allocation. Leading and engaging team members.
  8. Managing short-term assignments as project manager.
  9. Overseeing & managing operational processes such as timesheet, leave management, invoicing, resource on-boarding/off-boarding etc.
  10. Proactively assess process gaps and initiate process improvements projects, work on standardization.

  1. Excellent communication skills: written, oral, presentation, listening
  2. Ability to influence through factual reasoning
  3. Customer/Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead discussions with CISOs/CIOs etc.
  4. People Management - Mentoring/Coaching, Conflict Resolution.
  5. Attention to Details
  6. Time management: ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks, plan based delivery management, strong follow up and tracking Agility & Efficiency in execution of day to day transactions
