Operations Specialist – Responsibilities1. Manage all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart) including listings, pricing, inventory & orders.2. Run and optimize Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho Ads with ROAS/ACOS targets.3. Create and manage full Meta Ads strategy – targeting, retargeting & scaling.4. Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).5. Manage Shopify store updates, product uploads, and build landing pages.6. Set up WhatsApp API, chatbots, automation flows (Leads → Conversion).7. Build complete business automation systems using Pabbly/Make/Zapier.8. Create lead generation, retargeting, and sales funnels.9. Handle Google My Business – posts, reviews, local SEO.10. Manage content posting schedule across social media11. Handle marketplace issues – returns, claims, policy violations, account health.12. Prepare weekly performance reports – sales, ads, ROAS, insights.13. Conduct market research – competitors, keywords, pricing analysis.14. Build strategies to increase repeat orders & customer retention.15. Manage payment reconciliation, shipping coordination & basic operations.I need all these services. Basically, I want to hire one person who knows all these things and can do all these services for us. We can also give a good package. If you know anyone who can do all this work for us, either offline or online, let me know. Preferably someone who can come and work on-site. If we find a good freelancer, we can consider that too.
