About the teamThis role involves working closely with the Senior Manager – Internal Audit, supporting the day-to-day functioning of the internal audit team. You’ll get exposure across multiple functions within the organisation along with hands-on learning in internal audits, project management, stakeholder interactions, and audit data analytics.If you're someone who enjoys exploring how businesses work behind the scenes and loves uncovering insights through data - you’ll feel right at home here.About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with multiple teams to understand business processes end-to-end, support ongoing audits, analyse data to identify risks, and contribute to improving internal controls across the organisation. You’ll be exposed to audit operations, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.What you will doAs an Intern in the Internal Audit function, you will be involved in:Assisting the Internal Audit team with daily operational supportCollaborating with operations, business, compliance and analytics teamsSupporting key activities across the audit life cycle: scoping, planning, fieldwork execution, reporting, and issue trackingHelping in audit data analytics - analysing data sets, identifying trends, red flags, and insightsAssessing control frameworks for efficiency and effectivenessProviding recommendations to strengthen business processes and internal controlsDuration- 6 monthsWhat you will needMBA in Finance (students currently pursuing or recently graduated)Eagerness to learn internal audit concepts and data analyticsBasic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysisStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCurious mindset and willingness to dive deep into business processesAbout ussliceA new bank for a new Indiaslice’s purpose is to make the world better at using money and time, with a major focus on building the best consumer experience for your money.
