Job Description About the team This role involves working closely with the Senior Manager Internal Audit, supporting the day-to-day functioning of the internal audit team. You'll get exposure across multiple functions within the organisation along with hands-on learning in internal audits, project management, stakeholder interactions, and audit data analytics. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams to understand business processes end-to-end, support ongoing audits, analyse data to identify risks, and contribute to improving internal controls across the organisation. You'll be exposed to audit operations, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. What you will do As an Intern in the Internal Audit function, you will be involved in: - Assisting the Internal Audit team with daily operational support - Collaborating with operations, business, compliance and analytics teams - Supporting key activities across the audit life cycle: scoping, planning, fieldwork execution, reporting, and issue tracking - Helping in audit data analytics - analysing data sets, identifying trends, red flags, and insights - Assessing control frameworks for efficiency and effectiveness - Providing recommendations to strengthen business processes and internal controls Duration- 6 months What you will need - MBA in Finance (students currently pursuing or recently graduated) - Eagerness to learn internal audit concepts and data analytics - Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Curious mindset and willingness to dive deep into business processes About us slice A new bank for a new India slice's purpose is to make the world better at using money and time, with a major focus on building the best consumer experience for your money.
