Qualification: Bachelor of Technology / Master of Technology in Mechanical / Automotive: 2023/2024 pass out


Industry Preference: Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace


Work Experience: 0-1 Year


Skills:

  • Good Knowledge in Meshing, Connections, Full Vehicle Model Building
  • Good knowledge of Linear & Non-Linear structural analysis.
  • Strong background in Physics, Mechanics, and Strength of Materials.
  • Good knowledge of any optimization tools.
  • Additional experience in LS-DYNA, ANSA, and ABAQUS is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Design optimization concerning durability based on CAE simulations.
  • Strong Analytical, Logical, Written, Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Mesh, Connect, and Quality check new designs within the Chassis, Components, etc.
  • Define problem details for FE calculations, Design structural arrangement, and weld details.
  • Validation of the simulations with testing.
  • Provide guidance and Support to Design and Manufacturing teams based on the modeling Results.
  • Develop and implement advanced fatigue analysis methodologies to assess the longevity of critical components.
