Job Title: Flight Instructor - CAE

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (estimated)

About the Role

As a Flight Instructor at CAE, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students in a flight simulator environment. You will develop and implement curricula, instruct students, and assess their progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training in accordance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and discipline during all stages of training
  • Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings as required
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Develop and maintain course materials and resources
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
Requirements
  • Holds an ICAO recognized ATPL with minimum ICAO English level 5
  • Possesses a DGCA approved instructor rating (preferable)
  • Has previous experience as a TRI/TRE/FSI/FSE (preferable)
  • Has command experience on narrow body/wide body jets (preferable)
  • Knowledge and experience of APQ/EBT/CBTA/IEC (preferable)
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with MS Office suite of applications
Working Conditions

You will work in a typical office environment and ground-based systems trainers and theoretical knowledge instruction. Travel may be required. Office hours may be subject to change to accommodate FSTD training or other related duties.
