Key Responsibilities:


- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.

- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.

- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

- Interface with end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues and implement integration processes using Salesforce's Web Services API and third-party integration tools.

- Adhere to consistent development practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and documentation, to maintain high-quality code and Salesforce best practices.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

- Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.

- Experience with Salesforce’s Data Processing Engine (DPE).

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and programming.

- Experience with API configuration and customization within Salesforce.

- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.

- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

- Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
