The Talent Strategy Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. The role involves leadership hiring across tech and non-tech domains, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO and help build an “IPL team” of top talent across verticals.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Drive leadership hiring across both tech and non-tech roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements.Develop and execute effective employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.Qualifications:Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and leadership hiring with 4-8 years of experience.Background in consulting and currently working in a tech startup environment is a must.Strong understanding of recruiting processes, interviewing, and hiring strategies.Expertise in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or fashion.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Required Skills:High-energy hustler with a proactive and positive mindset.Not afraid to get hands dirty and take on new challenges.Has the intuition and intelligence to identify the right kind of talent for each role.Capable of “cracking the code” — knows where to look and what to look for when hiring top talent.Thinks strategically and directionally right, aligning hiring priorities with organizational goals.Demonstrates ownership, agility, and creative problem-solving.Eager to work with the best minds and contribute to building a world-class team.
