The MEP Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. The role involves developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or NavisworksExperience in MEP systems modeling and coordinationUnderstanding of construction processes and standardsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with remote teamsRelevant certifications or training in BIM tools and methodologies (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) is advantageous
