Department: BIMExperience: 2-4 yearsPosition open: 5Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: RajkotAbout the RoleWe are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modelers to join our dynamic team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and coordinating BIM models for various commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with design and construction teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, modify, and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines, including integration of Point Cloud data.- Create accurate 3 D models and detailed 2 D drawings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between different disciplines using Navisworks.- Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and guidelines in line with company protocols and industry best practices.- Extract schedules, quantities, and other data from models to support cost estimation and project planning.- Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.- Organize and manage BIM files, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and sharing across teams.- Use DIALux for lighting calculations and simulations (preferred).- Support team members and contribute to BIM training, ensuring knowledge sharing and efficient workflows.Required skills and qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering- Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP & Point Cloud (Mandatory)- Auto CAD MEP- Navisworks (for clash detection & coordination)- DIALux (Preferred for lighting calculations)- MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)About Us:Tathastu BIM Pvt.
