Department: Client Servicing & OperationsLocation: Ahmedabad (Hybrid / Onsite)Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month(based on experience and marketing tech skillset)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)About BetterrwallsBetterrwalls is a performance-driven real estate marketing agency working exclusively with developers (not brokers).We specialize in:Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy planningPerformance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn, etc.Sales automation & CRM workflowsWe are scaling into Betterrwalls 2.0 — a structured, automation-led growth model focused on ROI, brand partnerships, and value-driven client relations.Role ObjectivesYou’ll act as the bridge between our clients, creative/media teams, and management — ensuring every project runs smoothly, profitably, and delightfully.You’ll oversee client communication, delivery timelines, reporting, renewals, and service quality — while maintaining a 360° view of accounts, payments, and team coordination.Essentially: You’re the COO for each client account.Key ResponsibilitiesClient coordination and project managementManage day-to-day communication with clients (WhatsApp, email, and calls).Coordinate ad creatives, media plans, and brand materials with internal teams.Track and ensure timely approvals on designs, strategies, and monthly marketing plans.Conduct weekly performance reviews and summarize key actions for clients.Campaign & Delivery OversightTrack performance marketing metrics (leads, CPL, conversions, etc.).Liaise with design and ad teams to ensure KPIs are met.Plan and finalize next-month strategies in sync with the strategy team.Payment & Account ManagementTrack client billing cycles, renewal dates, and outstanding balances.Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups.Ensure renewal confirmations and maintain financial discipline for every project.Client Success & Relationship BuildingAnticipate client needs and proactively offer new service suggestions (upsells).Maintain client happiness score and follow-up rhythm.Balance client satisfaction with agency profitability and workflow integrity.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain all client project records: media plans, invoices, strategies, and reports.Update CRM (HubSpot) regularly with project progress and renewal status.Generate weekly client summary dashboards and send to management.Vendor & Team CoordinationManage timelines and approvals with design vendors, ad managers, and content suppliers.Ensure deliverables are met as per brand and performance standards.Tools & Tech You’ll Use(Training will be provided if needed)HubSpot CRM → Client database & renewal trackingAsana → Task and project managementGoogle Sheets → Reporting & documentationMeta & Google Ads Dashboards → Campaign data trackingWhatsApp Business API → Automated client communicationGoogle Looker Studio → Report generation dashboardsRequired Skills & QualitiesExperience & Background2–5 years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing coordination, or project management.Preferred industry: Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Real Estate Digital Marketing.Core SkillsExcellent English communication & presentation skillsStrong follow-up and coordination disciplineUnderstanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversion ratios)Organized, deadline-driven, and emotionally intelligentStrategic negotiator — can align client expectations with company goalsPersonality TraitsOwnership mindset: “This is my client.”High empathy + assertiveness balance.Tech-comfortable — loves automation and efficiency.Calm under pressure — can handle multiple accounts gracefully.Trustworthy and structured — maintains confidentiality and process.KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Client retention & satisfaction score (monthly rating)Renewal ratio (%)Timely report & deliverable submissions (%)Collection ratio vs billing target (%)Upsell value generated from existing clientsReduction in founder’s daily coordination time (internal metric)Reporting StructureReports to: Founder / DirectorWorks with: Strategy Team, Media Team, Design Team, Vendors, ClientsCoordinates: Account renewals, creative deliveries, payment tracking, and reporting
