Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of basic store Management procedures and principles.

- Awareness of business trends

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

- Excellent Store management software user and administration skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Intermediate understanding reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates

to store issues.


Job Responsibilities:

Store Person has soft-speaking skill who have the skill to check the quality as per drawing/ and keep

the material nice and clean position.

- Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.

- Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.

- Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.

- Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

- Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.

- Train the subordinate/team on ISO/ company Sop .

- Strong coordination with team, user departments.

- Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock.

- Stores will receive the tentative Sales forecast/Dispatch plan from sales dept.

- Stores dept will discuss with sales dept & FG dept for daily, weekly, Monthly dispatch plan.

- Daily-Stores dept will verify RM Stock, WIP stock & FG Stock against the sales forecast.

- Daily-Based on the above stock status, stores will discuss with Purchase dept for finalising

purchase request.

- After Placing request to purchase dept, Stores will do follow up for the materials.

- Stores will receive the material from supplier through Invoice/Delivery challan.

- After Security formality store/purchase will verify Invoice/Delivery challan is correct as per PO or

not and then they will allow to do the gate entry with Seal & sign.

- Stores/Purchase will verify the Invoice/Delivery challan against the material; will verify the qty,

material order, Supplier details, Supplier inspection report, material condition no rust & Damage

allowed.

- After all the above parameter are satisfied stores will unload the material in designated area &

inform to quality dept for Inspection and approval.

- If any deviations in the above two conditions, stores will inform to Purchase dept for necessary

disposal action.

- Once the material is inspected and approved it will be stored in a designated area.

- Stores will make the GRN(Goods receipt note) and will handover the Invoice to the accounts

dept.

- Stores will receive the material request from production dept & material will be issued against

the request.

- After receiving the covering material stores will verify the material, will do the cutting, stitching

and packing based on the customer order.

- Stores will verify the Physical and system stock every month 25th to ensure both are same.

- Stores have to take ageing stock on a timely basis to discuss with management for necessary

action.
