Sr Executive Proposals

Summary: Prepares Raw material Consumption (RMC) estimates and generates project proposals for clients
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Deduces information from Literature (SciFinder/Reaxys/Patents /published research papers) and prepares RM consumption sheets and share with sourcing for costing and the generate quotes.
Ø Should be able to understand the process technical information provided in depth in order to generate cost estimates and proposals appropriately
Ø Generates proposals based on RM costing information received from sourcing.
Ø Prepare RM consumptions from like CAS number/ techpack/chemical structure/name of compound
Ø Should be able to understand the market value of the proposed product using EXIM databases and other online information
Ø Collaborate with internal parties including sales, technical staff to understand and clarify bid estimates and to formulate strategy, pricing, drafting proposals with appropriate technical/business/legal language to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Ø MSc (organic chemistry) + 5-8 years industrial experience in making estimates and proposals
Ø Sound organic chemistry knowledge and synthesis experience coupled with Project estimation and proposal generation
Ø Sound knowledge and experience in using in MS office and Chemdraw or Chemsketch
Experience
Ø A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant CDMO or Pharmaceutical Industries in project estimation and proposal generation
