Our Korea-based client is looking to hire a Senior Fullstack Developer to work remotely. In this position, you will be participating in a SaaS-based LMS solution project offered by a company that develops and services integrated online education and sales solutions. The project aims to provide various functions such as website creation, online education generation, sales, and community management all integrated into one platform to enhance convenience and revenue for the company's clients.
Type of role: 100% Full-time remote
Company & Service Overview:
The company specializes in developing and providing integrated online education and sales solutions through a SaaS-based LMS solution that offers various functionalities essential for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibilities of this position include maintaining, improving, and developing features of the LMS solution, as well as enhancing code quality and improving the build/deployment system to increase development productivity. Additionally, handling issues that arise outside of regular working hours is also a crucial responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Developer with experience in PHP Back-End and Front-End development
- Developer familiar with Learning Management Solutions
- Individual with experience in cloud server management (using Gabia Cloud)
- Developer capable of version control with Git (transitioning from SVN to Git)
- Developer with experience in setting up automated deployment systems (Jenkins)
- Understanding of database encryption and access control
- Ability to apply various testing methodologies to code
- Understanding of web application security principles and ability to implement them in code
- Development experience handling large amounts of data
Required Skills:
- PHP Development: 5+ years of expert-level experience.
- DevOps: 4+ years of advanced experience, including Jenkins.
- Nginx: 5+ years of expert-level experience.
- MariaDB: 5+ years of expert-level experience in database management.
- Version Control: 5+ years of advanced experience with Git and GitHub.
- Cloud Management: Experience with Gabia Cloud.
- LMS: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Security: Strong understanding of web security principles.
- Testing: Proficiency in applying testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience in LMS solution development
- Experience in cloud environments
- Experience integrating e-commerce and payment systems
Technology Stack
- Our internal technology stack consists of Cloud Server (Gabia), Nginx, MariaDB, and CentOS 7. We use PHP 7 as the programming language and build version control and automated deployment systems using Jenkins, Git, and GitHub.
