WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Technical Lead, at 360 F, you will lead and manage our strategic partnership with one of our very critical clients.
You drive the development and implementation of our cutting-edge Saa S solutions in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in software engineering, a solid understanding of insurance processes, and proven leadership abilities to guide a talented team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Client Management and Project Delivery: Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of our Saa S insurance platform, ensuring it meets the business needs and industry standards Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product Management, Quality Assurance and System Reliability, to define the project requirements and deliver innovative solutions Ensure the scalability, security and performance of the application, implementing best practices and industry standards Conduct code reviews, mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development Manage technical resources, including planning and executing project timelines, aligning with the overall project schedule.
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing solutions to prevent potential problems and ensure smooth project execution Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communications Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
Technical Expertise: Hands on experience with technical team leadership and team management in an agile environment Programming Languages (e.g., Node JS, React, Java, Flutter, etc.): Understanding the basics helps in communicating effectively with developers.
Cloud Computing: Knowledge of platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
System Architecture: Understanding how systems are designed, including databases, servers, and networks.
Project Management Software: Expertise in tools like Jira, Proofhub.
Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or SVN to track changes in codebases.
CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools.
Database Management: Understanding SQL and No SQL databases.
Security Protocols: Understanding of encryption, authentication, and other cybersecurity measures to ensure safe project delivery.
Integration: Experience with APIs and how systems communicate via RESTful or SOAP services.
Monitoring & Testing: Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing and validation.
Documentation Tools: Proficiency in creating technical specifications using tools like Confluence or Draw.io YOUR SKILLS At least 8 years of experience with multi-tenancy Saa S-platforms and at least 5 years’ experience as product or solutions architect.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Extensive knowledge of insurance domain and industry-specific challenges.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance).
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Proven experience with client-facing roles Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Good to have: Prior working experience in Insurance domain or Financial Wealth Planning platforms
