Product Management:

  • Maintain and update the online product catalogue, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with the merchandising team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.


Customer Experience:

  • Optimize the online shopping experience by ensuring the website is user-friendly, responsive, and secure.
  • Monitor customer feedback, analyse customer behavior, and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey.


Sales and Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic, conversion rates, and sales growth.
  • Execute online promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyse key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and operational efficiency, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.


Vendor and Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, shipping carriers, and technology partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of e-commerce associates, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales strategies, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
