Job Title: Vice President - Business Intelligence & AnalyticsLocation: MumbaiExperience Level: 15+ Year from Life insurance Function: Strategy/ Business Intelligence/ AnalyticsAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned, strategic and data-driven Business Intelligence & Analytics lead to spearhead our efforts in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and performance insights. This role is pivotal in shaping business strategy through deep analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and actionable intelligence.Key Responsibilities: Competitive & Market IntelligenceLead competition mapping, tracking key moves, product launched and go-to-market strategies of different industry playersAnalyse industry trends, disruptions and white spaces opportunitiesMonitor and interpret changes in regulatory environment, identifying potential business opportunities.Conduct in-depth product and portfolio analysis to support positioning and differentiation.Evaluate sales and channel dynamics, assessing effectiveness and areas for improvement.Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay abreast of market movement and intelligence.Analytics and InsightsLead team to design and deliver dashboards and reporting framework to surface critical business insightsTranslate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights to guide business strategy and operational decisionsCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure insights are aligned to business objectives.Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with senior leadership, product teams, sales and marketing, operations to align intelligence and analytics with organisational priorities. Qualifications12-18 years of experience in Business intelligence, Strategy, Products preferable in an insurance company or a bankStrong understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapesStrong grasp of financial and business metrics with ability to drive insights from complex data sets.
