Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
  • Manage vendor contracts, payments, and schedules.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage wedding budgets in collaboration with clients. Track expenses and ensure that the event stays within budgetary constraints.
  • Event Design and Theme Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to design and develop wedding themes and concepts. Select décor, color schemes, and design elements to create a cohesive aesthetic.
  • Logistics Planning:
  • Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day, including setup, ceremonies, and reception.
  • Oversee all aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception, including seating arrangements, music, and speeches. Ensure that all vendors and staff are briefed on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving:
