Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B end-to-end sales activities, as well as collaborating with our various divisions specializing in staff augmentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and foster partnerships in a fast-paced and evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • B2B Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


  • Cross-Divisional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with our staff augmentation divisions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Get in touch with prospect clients and inform them of the service that we provide. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise effectively in addressing client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business development and other departments to facilitate seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
