Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B end-to-end sales activities, as well as collaborating with our various divisions specializing in staff augmentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and foster partnerships in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Divisional Collaboration:
- Work closely with our staff augmentation divisions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
- Get in touch with prospect clients and inform them of the service that we provide.
- Coordinate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise effectively in addressing client needs.
- Act as a liaison between business development and other departments to facilitate seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
