Study Abroad Manager

We are looking for an Individual who could supervise operational activities in relation to study abroad programs, at every level of the process. The duties include hiring and training employees for upscale study abroad programs, and strategizing the improvement process in achieving the company's target.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Study abroad operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Formulating and implementing marketing strategies for better conversion.
  • Implementing agendas in the team for better sales and conversions.
  • Improvise operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
  • Formulate strategies for accomplishing the target.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform quality control of materials supporting the study abroad programs.
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff providing the best experience for the candidates.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.


Skills and requirements:

  • Proven work experience in Study Abroad Programs
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Must have a flair for sales and marketing.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Min 5 Years of experience as a center manager
