Roles and Responsibilities:


Analyst Relations (50%+ Focus):

  • Lead the analyst relations function for the entire portfolio of 15+ products, driving engagement to gain an outside-in perspective for positioning and content creation.
  • Forge strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Frost & Sullivan, and other top firms.
  • Proactively cultivate Comviva's presence in industry reports, significantly increasing analyst mentions and positive recognition.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate analyst perception of Comviva's solutions and gain valuable external perspectives for market positioning and content creation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (product, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment between analyst engagement activities and broader business objectives.


Drive Product Marketing and Positioning:

  • Partner with the product marketing team to craft compelling and differentiating positioning for Comviva's technology products.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies like AI, generative AI, digital BSS, and their impact on the telecom and BFSI landscape.
  • Confidently present your research and recommendations to senior leadership across products, sales, and marketing, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Develop targeted product collateral for effective market positioning of Comviva's Digital BSS, Commerce products, and integrated solutions portfolio.


Research and Thought Leadership:

  • Lead research initiatives and develop compelling thought leadership content by leveraging insights from analyst engagement, competitor analysis, secondary research, and survey data.
  • Craft in-depth product strategy and market landscape reports, conducting comprehensive competitive analysis to inform market positioning and strategic decisions.
  • Empower the sales and marketing teams with curated research content for RFPs, sales pitches, and customer presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic thinking, business strategy development, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to predict and model competitor actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of defending analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Extensive experience in managing analyst relations and achieving significant growth in analyst report mentions.
  • Experience in product marketing and positioning, particularly within technology products.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
  • Familiarity with leading technologies like AI, generative AI, digital BSS, digital commerce, mobile money, martech, etc. and their impact on the telecom and BFSI verticals is a strong advantage.
