Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Copywriter at Evolute Global in Mumbai. The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling content, including press releases, communication materials, and marketing copy. They will also be involved in proofreading and ensuring the quality and consistency of all written content.


Roles & Responsibilities


Creative Ownership

  • Lead creative duties across multiple brands from various industries, handling everything from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Conceptualize and execute award-winning campaigns and ensure exceptional creative quality in every deliverable.


Strategic Ideation

  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop breakthrough creative concepts and narratives for pitches.
  • Present campaign ideas, scripts, and creative strategies to clients with clarity and confidence.


Campaign Excellence

  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (Account Planning + Client Servicing) to align on deliverables—from topical posts to full-scale annual campaign strategies.
  • Ensure creative ideas are implemented flawlessly, from ideation to the final product (event, shoot, social media post, or other creative executions).


Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide clear direction to junior creatives and guide the graphic design team on visual articulation of ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead for feedback, direction, and ideation refinement.


Client-Centric Approach

  • Decode client briefs to ensure seamless execution and ideation, delivering work that aligns with client goals.
  • Actively participate in revisions and ensure timelines are realistic yet effective.


Research & Trend Spotting

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, news, and innovations across industries.
  • Dive deep into brand research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.


Award-Winning Focus

  • Push creative boundaries to produce work worthy of industry recognition.
  • Drive the application process for awards to showcase the team's creative excellence.


What We’re Looking For

  • A storyteller at heart, with a deep understanding of how words and ideas drive engagement and impact.
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or advertising.
  • Proven expertise in ideating campaigns, writing scripts, and delivering creative solutions across mediums.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, timelines, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about trends, storytelling, and creating work that resonates with audiences and wins recognition.
