Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) but can be limited to UG degree with relevant experience
Reporting to: CFO
Position: Full-time
Salary: As per Institution standard
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Smooth, cordial and professional conduct of interviews with parents / guardians to make a fair assessment of financial assistance for needy students
- Scholarships
- Analysis and modelling
- Providing professional service to the organisation
- Better appreciation of financial assistance processes and decision making
Skills Required:
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Effective cross-functional team management
- Proficient in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in written and verbal communication and negotiation
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Effective time management and critical thinking skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools
