This role provides guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent strategies to drive business performance and a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies to support them.Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.Support change management initiatives to enhance business performance.2. Talent ManagementLead the talent review process, identifying high-potential employees and development needs.Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with business needs.3. Employee RelationsServe as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints, misconduct, or grievances.Ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant work environment.4. Performance ManagementGuide managers on goal-setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.Coach leaders on feedback, employee motivation, and team dynamics.Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions where needed.5. Organizational Development & Change ManagementLead culture transformation initiatives that promote innovation, accountabilityImplement change management strategies such as digital transformation.6.
