About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Brand Operations Specialist to support our brand and sales operations. This role involves creating and managing presentations, preparing scope of work documents, organizing agreements, supporting daily brand tasks, and assisting in Excel & Word-based documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency for sales and brand-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation & Sales Support:

Create and refine sales presentations – professionally designed decks for brand pitches and client meetings.

Prepare scope of work (SOW) documents with clear deliverables and structured content.

Design brand decks and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.

Format and edit proposals, agreements, and sales materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Canva/Figma.

Excel & Word Document Management:

Maintain and update sales trackers using Excel (e.g., client pipeline, deal progress, follow-ups).

Create and manage reports, sales forecasts, and data analytics for better decision-making.

Automate repetitive tasks with Excel formulas/macros to enhance efficiency.

Draft and format contracts, proposals, and other documents in Microsoft Word.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

Collate and organize brand and sales assets (case studies, testimonials, client presentations).

Manage and send agreements/contracts – track signatures and approvals.

Follow up with clients and partners via email for sales and branding-related tasks.

Ensure smooth handover of brand materials to clients and stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Support:

Streamline sales operations by keeping documents and processes well-organized.

Maintain a CRM or Excel-based sales database for tracking client interactions.

Assist in coordinating brand collaborations and campaigns by managing deliverables.

Help in invoice generation and payment tracking for brand-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma – for high-quality presentations.

Advanced Excel Skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Macros preferred).

Strong Microsoft Word skills – formatting agreements, proposals, and reports.

Excellent organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication and follow-up skills – ensuring seamless coordination with clients and teams.

Understanding of branding & marketing concepts – ensuring professional and on-brand materials.

Basic contract management knowledge (preferred) – handling agreements and legal documents.
