The ServiceNow Practice Head will lead and manage the ServiceNow practice within the organization, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, business development, and project delivery excellence. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, leadership skills, and business acumen to grow the ServiceNow practice and ensure client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and direction for the ServiceNow practice.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals, including consultants, developers, and architects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the practice.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the ServiceNow practice.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies for project management and service delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction in all engagements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and clients.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions and service offerings on the ServiceNow platform.

Resource Management:

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and professional development of the ServiceNow team.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the practice’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Implement cost-effective measures and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in IT service management, with a significant portion dedicated to ServiceNow.
  • Relevant experience in ServiceNow is 10+ years
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within a ServiceNow practice or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
  • Strong business development skills with experience in sales, pre-sales, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive long-term growth initiatives.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
