Job Title: ESG Software Management Expert


Location: Gurgaon/Indore, India (Onsite)


Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing ESG software tools and projects.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESG SME to lead our ESG initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ESG frameworks, guidelines, and standards, along with extensive experience in ESG software tools. This role requires a deep understanding of global ESG standards, trends, and technology, with the ability to effectively manage and lead ESG software projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ESG Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute the company’s ESG strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and global best practices. Ensure integration of ESG goals into business strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international ESG regulations and standards. Prepare and manage ESG disclosures and reports with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
  • ESG Software Management: Lead and manage ESG software projects, including the selection, implementation, and optimization of ESG software tools. Leverage these tools to enhance ESG data management and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives and address concerns. Facilitate communication and collaboration to drive ESG objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed ESG reports and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights. Stay updated on trends and advancements in ESG technology and sustainability.
  • Program Oversight: Implement and monitor ESG programs across business units, ensuring continuous improvement in sustainability practices and performance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on ESG principles and software tools to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address ESG-related risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities for improved sustainability performance.


Skills:

  • Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, guidelines, and global standards.
  • Expertise in working with various ESG software tools and technologies.
  • Strong grasp of sustainability trends and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage ESG software projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ESG reporting and data analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant ESG certifications is preferred.
