Placement OperationsPlan and manage placement drives, coordinating logistics, communication, and student participation.Maintain placement records, recruiter feedback, and detailed placement statistics.Collaborate with the university’s central placement cell to align policies and reporting.Ensure timely communication between students, faculty, and employers during placement processes.4. Networking & BrandingRepresent the university at industry forums, placement consortiums, and professional networking events in Bangalore.Engage alumni based in Bengaluru to create mentorship and referral opportunities.Organize guest lectures, HR conclaves, and career development events with local industry leaders.5. Internship & Project CoordinationFacilitate internship tie-ups with local companies and startups.Monitor internship progress and gather feedback from employers.Coordinate summer internship programs as per university guidelines.
