Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving the quality assurance lifecycle within Agile frameworks.
  • Establishing and enhancing testing strategies in collaboration with development and product teams.
  • Implementing comprehensive test plans and cases. Carry out manual and automated tes plans.
  • Ensuring that software meets industry-specific standards and regulations and follows best practices.
  • Creating tracking metrics to ensure each step of the testing process is documented and tracked.
  • Guiding the team through quality assurance testing and coordinating and improving on the activities of the whole team.
  • Analyzing information and large amounts of data and making decisions based on the results.
  • Overseeing testing procedures. Using a combination of application-testing frameworks, user reports, and customized testing procedures to locate and rectify problems before the product is launched.
  • Ability to address edge cases in order to minimize risks and defects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related disciplines or equivalent experience plus minimum of eight years’ testing experience.
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of the application's functionality and goals, enabling testers to define precise test objectives.
  • Are capable to develop thorough test plans, cases, and scenarios pertaining to the software requirements and user stories.
  • Expertise in designing/developing test cases encompassing diverse usage scenarios and edge cases to ensure robust software validation.
  • Ability to identify possible problems early in the development phase including vulnerabilities and potential failure points.
  • Working experience with Scaled Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings and experience with continuous delivery processes.
  • Working experience with complex manual testing and writing automated test scripts of complex scenarios.
  • Have a good understanding about testing cycles, ensuring thorough examination of critical software aspects for higher-quality releases.
  • Experience in test management and test automation tools.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills (Ability to provide clear and concise communication on testing status, defect reports, and resolutions).
  • Experience in comprehensive testing for commercial software platforms like Salesforce Eloqua.
  • Experience in testing in cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Experience in diverse suite of applications such as API management, front end applications data warehouse and analytics.
