As a Quality Assurance Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading our QA team and providing direction on QA planning, managing all testing efforts, and providing QA support to product development, product management, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing quality status portals, reports to management, KPIs, and areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA team and provide direction on QA planning
  • Manage all testing efforts
  • Provide QA support to product development, product management, and other stakeholders
  • Provide quality status portals, reports to management, KPIs, and areas of improvement
  • Resolving problems/defects and ensuring product meets specifications
  • Analyze quality problems for root cause
  • Review and selection of tools appropriate for chosen technology to optimize and refine existing quality practices
  • Build an automation tools framework which can easily be enhanced
  • Design and implement reusable modular test scripts and libraries
  • Test our distributed system for Scale & Performance, multi-user testing, and testing various metrics like latency, throughput, etc.
  • Help in building an end-to-end reporting infrastructure to showcase test runs

Requirements:

  • Experience in building automation test framework with hands-on experience in any one of the industry-standard tools (Selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber, etc.)
  • Good understanding of integrating automation with the build process for end-to-end testing of the builds
  • Hands-on experience in building, executing test suites, and preparing test reports
  • Basic knowledge of Web Services Technologies: XML, XSD, JSON, REST, and SOAP
  • Experience with products enterprise application based on microservice architecture
  • Experience in working on products deployed in public cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Desirable Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Banking or Payments domain
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools, such as: Jenkins, Azure DevOps

Location: Pune
