Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, lead teams through quarterly planning.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
  • Actively identify risks, and inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
  • Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of work experience in a technical project or program management role.
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience working in one of the following roles: Project Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Program Management.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize needs and build productive working relationships while also holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables.
  • Skilled at project planning, forecasting, and tracking.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Report and dashboard building


Certifications is a Plus


  • Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale, etc.)
  • Agile Program Management
