As AVP-Content Sales, you will spearhead our commercial revenue initiatives with a primary focus on media sales. In this role, you'll take charge of monetizing our content, media properties, ad units etc., via sponsorships, media sales, and other innovative ways. You will be constantly innovating saleable properties, and ensuring that our offerings align with market demands and client needs.


Key Responsibilities:


· Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to drive revenue growth, keeping abreast of emerging trends and opportunities in the market.

· Align short-term business strategies with long-term objectives to ensure the achievement of company revenue targets and sustained growth.

· Create customised brand solutions across MotorInc's digital and broadcast platforms, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of clients.

· Design solution-based packages tailored specifically to the unique requirements of each client, ensuring maximum value and impact.

· Cultivate and nurture partnerships across various categories to expand the company's network and reach, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, conducting thorough research and analysis, and leveraging this knowledge to create proactive business plans aimed at driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive edge.


Key Accountabilities:


· Assume full responsibility for advertising revenue generation, overseeing all aspects of the process from strategy development to execution.

· Devise comprehensive revenue strategies tailored specifically for automotive and lifestyle brands, leveraging market insights and client feedback.

· Identify and negotiate advertising opportunities that align with MotorInc's objectives and target audience, ensuring optimal exposure and impact.

· Achieve revenue targets by proactively maximizing existing client relationships and cultivating new partnerships through effective communication and negotiation.

· Foster positive relationships with advertisers and internal teams, collaborating closely to deliver exceptional results and maintain a harmonious working environment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven ability to manage and grow content sales business while driving new opportunities.

• Track record of success in revenue growth, particularly in media and content.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to monetize and manage niche sectors effectively.

• Understanding of the digital ecosystem and media planning.

• Experience in automotive, luxury, and lifestyle advertising.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• MBA with 7-10 years of relevant experience

  • Partnership, Ad Sales or Sponsorship sales experience with A-grade publishers will be given added weightage
