The Role:

This is a co-founder opportunity — a long-term partnership. We’re looking for someone who wants to build from scratch, who’s comfortable with ambiguity, and who’s hungry to disrupt a $30B+ industry.

As Tech Co-Founder, you will:

  • Build and launch the first scalable version of our core product.
  • Architect solutions for project pricing, design automation, AR/VR visualisation, and customer dashboards.
  • Develop backend systems for procurement, vendor integrations, and CRM workflows
  • Drive innovations in AI, mixed reality, and intelligent space planning.
  • Build and lead a lean engineering team over time.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 to 10+ years of product or engineering experience (early-stage/startup background preferred)
  • Hands-on with modern full-stack frameworks (React Native, Firebase, Node.js, etc.)
  • Product-thinking mindset with strong UX sensibilities.
  • Ability to ship MVPs quickly and iterate fast.
  • Strong belief in ownership, not employment.
  • Willingness to work with sweat equity in the early stages.

About Us:

Interiorkaro was founded in late 2023 with a singular belief: India’s interior design industry needs a transformation. After a year of bootstrapped perseverance, delivering turnkey projects and gaining real-world operational experience, we’ve validated our hypothesis.

We aren’t building another marketplace. We’re building a full-stack tech + operations platform that reimagines how homes are designed, priced, and executed — all under one roof.

We’ve already delivered multiple projects worth over crores in revenue till date, built a healthy project pipeline, and have a clear roadmap to scale to ₹50 crores and beyond.

Now, it’s time for technology to take centre stage — and we’re looking for a Tech Co-Founder to lead that charge.
