KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate will be responsible for selling specialty pharmaceutical ingredients & Pharma Excipients to every category of end user in Pharma manufacturing & R & D
- The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for North Region.
- Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
- Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Sales Manager.
- Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- To troubleshoot customer issues through proper evaluation and guidance.
- To evaluate sales performance by identifying customers pipeline and sampling activities in MS Dynamics and drive performance to achieve business unit goals.
- To help choose customer the right product as per their needs and requirement.
- To promote pharma products through seminars and exhibitions and create product awareness
- Should be willing to travel to meet customer (Technical & commercial Departments) for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries.

COMPETENCIES MUST HAVE
1.Candidate should be B. Pharma) / M. Pharma
2.Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant sales experience
3.Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
4. MBA in the specialization -Marketing is an added advantage.
