Role Description

This role is a full-time, on-site position as an Immigration Counsellor/Sr. Immigration Counsellor.

@Responsible for counseling the clients selling Immigration products & services.

@Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

@Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

@Meet the assigned targets.

@Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications or training in immigration or related fields
