Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the insurance market, a proven track record in sales and client relationship management, and the ability to provide expert advice on a variety of insurance products. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and maintain high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Evaluation: Assess and understand clients' insurance needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Advise clients on a wide range of insurance products, including life, health, and investment-linked plans.
  • Sales and Growth: Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process to ensure timely and fair settlements.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years as an insurance broker or similar role.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
