Infrastructure Project Manager - Night Shift - Remote

Position summary.

The Infrastructure PM is responsible for ensuring that the organization's projects are aligned with its strategic goals, delivered on time, within budget, and with quality standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and monitor the migration/implementation work plan and budget to the new Infrastructure Projects
  • Negotiate with business leaders the functionalities and priorities in the migration/implementation plan.
  • Coordinate multifunctional teams, including business units, IT, technical support and external consultants to assure the project’s milestones.
  • Support cross functional teams to finalize projects on time and in scope.
  • Identify and report issues with project’s health, understanding the issues and risks and supporting the creation of a plan to mitigate them.
  • Assure the achievement of project goals, assure work is being done efficiently, in compliance and drive accountability to complete each task
  • Participate and lead project related meetings throughout the project cycle to ensure projects are on schedule, to identify any risks and drive the discussion of mitigation strategies with project leadership.
  • Project’s budget management and control.
  • Utilize project management tools to develop project plans and monitor project milestones.
  • Manage communication flow with all project stakeholders, updating business and project leadership.
  • Prepares and delivers reports to management and identifies deviations from schedule and budget and develops contingency plans.

Key Skills & Qualifications Needed

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field.
  • A professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in project management, managing global projects with large multicultural global teams.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements and embrace innovation and change.
  • Good at synthesizing data and distilling key points.
  • Can dive deep into detail to support root cause analysis yet understands the big picture.
  • Insightful, deductive reasoner, fact-based problem solver
  • Influencing and driving performance without authority
