We are seeking a Portfolio Manager who can oversee and optimize our clients funds, ensuring high performance while adhering to the operational requirements of trading digital asset-linked securities in U.S. markets.



Role Overview

The Portfolio Manager – SMA will manage client portfolios with a focus on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns through regulated digital asset products, such as Bitcoin ETFs. This role requires a deep understanding of portfolio management principles, adaptability to dynamic global markets, and the discipline to manage operations in alignment with U.S. market trading hours.



Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

  • Develop and execute tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles using digital asset products.
  • Actively monitor and rebalance portfolios during U.S. market hours to respond to market movements and optimize performance.
  • Analyze Bitcoin ETFs and crypto derivatives for potential opportunities, ensuring clients' investments are optimized for growth and risk management.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing research into global financial markets, focusing on digital assets and macroeconomic factors influencing U.S. securities.
  • Evaluate regulatory developments and their impact on investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with analysts to integrate research insights into actionable portfolio decisions.

Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing regular updates on portfolio performance.
  • Clearly communicate the rationale behind investment decisions, risks, and market trends in a client-friendly manner.
  • Maintain consistent availability for client inquiries and provide timely updates, especially during critical market events.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Implement robust risk management practices, particularly for volatile crypto derivatives, to safeguard client investments.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of portfolio transactions and decision-making processes for audit and compliance purposes.

Timeliness and Discipline

  • Manage all trading activities and portfolio adjustments during U.S. market hours, ensuring optimal alignment with market opportunities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to international time zones and prioritize the needs of U.S.-linked investments.

Learning and Adaptability

  • Quickly develop expertise in Bitcoin ETFs, digital assets, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the crypto market, integrating emerging opportunities into investment strategies.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, compliance, and research teams to ensure alignment of investment strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members or analysts to enhance team performance and efficiency.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A CFA, CFP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in portfolio management, wealth management, or investment advisory roles.
  • Exposure to managing ETFs, derivatives, or alternative assets is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex investment products and market trends.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools, financial analysis software, and trading platforms.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage relationships with high-value clients and deliver a superior service experience.
  • Adaptability and Discipline: Willingness to adhere to U.S. market hours and manage operations effectively across time zones.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Strong understanding of global financial regulations, particularly for ETFs and derivatives.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to act decisively under time constraints and respond to market events in real-time.
